The holiday season was great! Loved the warm Christmas ambiance at the hotel. The private pool and direct beach access were amazing, I was able to experience the beautiful ocean and stunning views. The buffet breakfast was delicious and included a wide range of options, catering to every taste and preference. , the hotel's location was perfect – within easy reach of local shops and restaurants.

The service was not consistent. Some staff members lacked basic communication skills and didn't seem to be willing to assist at all.

The hotel is conveniently located near the beach, allowing guests to easily enjoy the sand and ocean. There are also restaurants nearby at the Bai Hua Gu centre, offering a variety of dining options. The tropical gardens and swimming pools throughout the hotel are beautifully designed and well-maintained.

The pool staff was great, honoring the free toy for kids. Rooms had an ocean view and connected well for families. Cab fare from high speed rail was around 85RMB. Breakfast had a wide spread for children and was less crowded early in the morning. Entertaining performances around the area.

The breakfast buffet was excellent with tons of options. The room was bigger and better than expected. The amenities in the bathrooms were fantastic. The private beach was clean and well-maintained.

The stylish villa with direct beach access was absolutely amazing! It was so spacious and had everything we needed, including a private pool and garden.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the separate bathtubs and showers in the private bathroom.

The staff was not very friendly or helpful and there was no real customer service. It felt like they were more interested in getting our money than making our stay enjoyable.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience, with exclusive amenities like a stunning outdoor swimming pool and a wonderful spa & wellness center with a sauna and a steam room. The location advantages were unbeatable, right on the beachfront with access to the beautiful sun terrace and sun loungers. The live entertainment was mesmerizing and the restaurant and bar/lounge area had a wide selection of delicious dinner and special diet menus. A truly exceptional and unforgettable stay.

Although it was a minor issue, the public Wi-Fi service in the room was not the best, but it was not a major inconvenience as the hotel offered great private facilities, making up for it.
